Purchase Order Requirements

• Purchase order number must be clearly visible
• Purchase order must be signed by an authorized party
• Telephone number and e-mail address for end user and an accounts payable contact must be included
• First time customers $250 limit.

Purchase orders are processed within 1-5 business days.
