We are sorry, but due to federal health regulations we cannot accept any candy and food for a refund, unless it is damaged in transit.

Depending on the situation exceptions can be made or if we made a mistake.

All shipping costs on returns are paid by the purchaser, on orders we approve to refund.

Due to quick processing we only allow up to 12 hours if you choose to cancel your order.

If your product was damaged during transit, please save all packaging materials and contact us. We will contact UPS and they will start a claims investigation into your damaged goods matter.

The past couple years we have seen more price increases than ever in this business and our everyday lives.
Hershey increased prices 13% in 2008.
USPS and UPS shipping has easily tripled for our West coast customers due to increases and surcharges. May 12th USPS rates are going up approximately 10% to the West coast again, shipping charges are crippling all online business's.
Advertising rates increased.
Heating and cooling sky-rocketed!
Through this all we still have some of the lowest prices online for candy.
Let's all just hope inflation gets under control very soon or this will effect us all in the long run.
